Merve Degirmenci

Merve Degirmenci joined Serafin in 2021 as a recruiter. She is responsible for filling positions in the holding company as well as for specialists and managers in our group companies. In her role, she accompanies the entire application process, including onboarding and offboarding, and handles specific HR topics. Merve Degirmenci moved to Serafin from the HR consultancy sector. She previously completed a dual study programme in marketing management with a focus on sales.
