Dr. Annabell Grupp

Since 2015 Dr. Annabell Grupp has held the position of Director Legal Counsel at Serafin where she is responsible for giving legal advice regarding national and cross-border M&A transactions, as well as investments of all types. She has longstanding expertise in complex corporate transactions, corporate (transformation) measures and restructuring. Before joining, she spent several years at the US law firm Weil Gotshal & Manges as a lawyer in the Munich office practising in the areas of private equity, mergers & acquisitions and venture capital. Annabell studied law at the University of Augsburg where she obtained her doctorate in a comparative legal topic.
