Dr. Dominik Forstner

Dr. Dominik Forstner joined Serafin in 2024 as Senior Legal Counsel and advises on all national and cross-border M&A transactions and investments of all kinds as well as in the area of sustainability. Before joining Serafin, Dominik worked for several years as a lawyer at the Munich-based M&A boutique Gütt Olk Feldhaus and advised leading companies, private equity funds and family entrepreneurs on complex company sales and other corporate law matters. Dominik studied law at the University of Augsburg and received his doctorate in law from the LMU Munich. He spent part of his doctoral studies at Boston University – School of Law.
