Daniel Reger

Daniel Reger is an Investment Manager at Serafin. He brings several years of experience in investment banking and private equity, with a consistent focus on mid-sized companies. Most recently, he played a key role in building the German Special Situations M&A platform for the operating partner of a global hedge fund. In addition to extensive transaction experience, he contributes strong post-closing expertise and an entrepreneurial perspective gained as the founder of two companies. Daniel Reger holds an M.Sc. in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School.
