Lea Klingshirn

Lea Klingshirn has been working as a Project Manager Sustainability since 2025. She had already been working for the company for a year and a half – first as an intern, then as a working student in the sustainability strategy department. In her role, she supports a wide range of sustainability projects and assists the group companies in developing and implementing sustainable measures. She completed her master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Business Sustainability and Leadership at Aalen University.

What I appreciate most about my work

Working at Serafin is characterized by a variety of topics and companies. Right from the start, I was given the responsibility of helping to shape sustainable processes across all companies. Every project brings new challenges and thus also great learning potential. Especially the close cooperation – both within the team and with the group companies – is rewarding.
