Steffen Sauer

As Head of Lean Transformation, Steffen Sauer has been responsible for the Operational Excellence function at Serafin since the end of 2022. He previously gained experience at a start-up, which he supported until its IPO. As a specialist, he has many years of corporate experience having worked for ZF Friedrichshafen AG in over 20 countries and in various roles. While at ZF Steffen Sauer headed the production department in Asia Pacific with headquarters in Shanghai.
