Stefan Kotschy

As Manager Value Creation, Stefan has been supporting our portfolio companies in transformation processes and value creation projects since March 2025. Most recently, at EY-Parthenon, he supported private equity portfolio companies and large corporations in M&A processes, the transformation of business and operating models, cost optimization and value creation. Previously, he was Head of Operations for a global payment service provider and a software distributor, where he managed the operational business for voucher cards and software products.
