Mario Herrmann

Mario Hermann is responsible for the Legal & Finance division at Serafin. Previously, he worked for a pan-European private equity investor and advised various investors on both the buy and sell-side. As a lawyer, he has been advising on corporate transactions for over 15 years and specialises in corporate and tax law issues. After completing his training as a banker, Mario Herrmann studied law at the University of Passau and then completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Braunschweig. He qualified as a lawyer in 2003.
