Katharina Ahlgrim joined the HR team in 2019 and is responsible for the entire employee lifecycle with a special focus on recruiting and HR development. Previously, Katharina Ahlgrim worked in HR consulting and successfully completed a master’s degree in education and educational science with a focus on adult education / continuing education at the Otto Friedrich University of Bamberg.
