Jens Becker

Jens Becker has been working for Serafin Group as a portfolio executive since 2020. He has direct responsibility as CEO of Exolon Group, one of our group companies. Jens Becker started his career at Roland Berger. He subsequently gained 20 years of experience managing, restructuring and strategically realigning medium-sized enterprises. He studied business administration in Bayreuth and earned his MBA at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.

What I appreciate most about my work

„Taking responsibility, developing ideas, creating concepts and implementing them jointly with an international team; this is what I particularly appreciate about my work at Serafin. My goal is to set up decision-making processes within organisations to make them faster, more independent, and thus more agile and adaptable. To achieve this, I strive for technical developments and innovations. I also enjoy getting to know people and organisations from different countries and cultures, and working with stakeholders at all levels.“
