Felix Engler

Felix Engler is an Operating Partner at Serafin. He is responsible for the development of our group companies as well as the group-wide topics of excellence and lean management in production, logistics and finance. Before joining Serafin, he held various management positions and led international companies as CFO and Senior Vice President, among others. Felix Engler started his career as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger and Oliver Wyman with a focus on restructuring, efficiency improvement and strategy development. He holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and studied business administration at the Leipzig Graduate School of Management completing semesters abroad at Stanford University in the USA and Peking University in China.
